The races will be governed by the rules defined in the current . The Sailing Instructions will take precedence in case of conflict. This changes RRS 63.7. Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) and scantlings of the MCSA
A boat may sail with a different sail number from its hull number if it registers with that sail number and competes with that number for the entire event. Each competitor must complete a registration form and pay the required fees by close of registration. Trophy age requirements must be met before the first scheduled race.
The Connecticut River Dinghy Distance Race event will be held concurrent with the
Fleet 99 Bottles of Beer Regatta which includes the Saturday River race and a series of short course races on Sunday starting at 11 and ending at 1.
As in the past, the MC fleet will be towing up the river to the starting area.
The regatta is open to all MC skippers.
This is a two part regatta: A dinghy distance race with multiple fleets on Saturday followed by a series of short races on Sunday for the MC class

Boat registration is $30 due by May 1. Please contact Bob Wynkoop.
The Low Point system, RRS A4 with apply, except that each boat's total score will be the sum of her scores for all races. This changes RRS A2.
One race is required to be completed for the regatta to be offiicial. At the conclusion of the regatta, keeper trophies will be awarded as follows:
