Registration Boat registration is $50 and includes lotsawards and lotsafun! You'll love it! Discounts: US Sailing Members = $5.00, MCSA members = $5.
Mooring We will have some beach space available. Plan on wet sailing. You must provide your own buoy, 50 ft tackle line (water is up to 15 feet deep), and anchor weight. Water Taxi service will be available.
Scoring USSA Appendix A using the Low-Point scoring system with one throw-out after four races. This changes RRS A2.

The White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce (231-893-4585) has a complete listing of available resorts around the area. There are also several national motel chains at US 31 and Colby Street in Whitehall, which is approx. 7 miles from the club It is also possible to rent a private home for a week as well. http://www.whitelake.org.

We should have room for 3-4 RV's with no hook-up facilities. First come, first served.

Directions Those of you coming from Minnesota and Wisconsin, should take advantage of the new cross-lake Michigan ferry from Milwaukee to Muskegon; Muskegon is 15 miles South of White lake. For more information on this ferry please check www.lake-express.com

WLYC is located in Whitehall Michigan. From the south: Take US 31 to the White Lake Drive exit (13 miles north of I-96 and US 31 intersection in Muskegon, MI). Turn right (west) onto White Lake Drive (from either US 31 north or south ) for approx 5 miles until you dead-end at White Lake. Turn left and go approx 3 miles to a stop sign. Turn right on to South Shore Drive. In approx. 3 miles you will see WLYC on your right and the White Lake Golf Club on your left. If you continue approx 1/2 mile to a stop sign, turn right and there is a public boat launch. It is a little easier to launch there than at the WLYC, which has a fairly steep hill to back down with your boat. We will provide support for launching at both sites.
