Rules The races will be governed by the rules defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS). No advertising may be displayed pursuant to ISAF Regulation 20.6.4. The Sailing Instructions will take precedence in case of conflict. This changes RRS 63.7.
Entries and
Eligibility		 This event is open to MC scows whose skippers have completed registration and paid the required fees by close of registration. Trophy age requirements must be met before the first scheduled race. (Pay your MCSA dues via credit card and save $5 off entry fee.)
Registration The $65 Registration fee (Youth - $25) includes:
  • Friday night Greeting Party and Cookout(snacks, soft drinks, beer)
  • Saturday - Continental breakfast, lunch, and spaghetti dinner
  • Sunday - Continental breakfast and Lunch
  • After races snacks, soft drinks, beer, Free Regatta T-shirt, Great sailing, and lots of fun!
Discounts:
  • US SAILING member: $2
  • MCSA Member: $5 (only during on-line registration)
Scoring The USSA Appendix A Low-Point scoring system will be used with no throw-outs; this changes RRS A2.

Keystone Lake, OK, is approximately 20 miles west of Tulsa. From Tulsa, take US Hwy 64/412 West. Exit at 209th West Avenue. Turn right (North) and go 4.6 miles to Windycrest Road. Turn left (West) on Windycrest Road and travel 1 mile to Windycrest Sailing Club facilities.
Facilities Open 2-story pavilion lakeside, modern bathhouse, three-wide ramp, ample parking. Convenience store one mile away.
