Entries and
Eligibility
The regatta is open to all boats. Expected classes are Flying Scot, Catalina-22: Gold and Silver fleets, and MC scow. All other entries will be scored in the Portsmouth Open Class. Eligible boats may be entered by completing the registration form and submitting same with the payment of fees. MC Class scantling requirement for a lifting bridle on board during racing is waived for this event. For advertising purposes this is a Category A event.
Registration Boat registration is $40. US SAILING members are entitled to a $5 discount; Members of National Sailboat Class - $5 discount (MC class status from MC database)

Fee includes the Friday Welcome Party, continental breakfasts, Happy Hour snacks, one event T-shirt, and Lunch and one Saturday evening dinner. Order extra meals and t-shirts during online registration.

Scoring Five races are scheduled, one race constitutes a regatta. Scoring will be done using the Low Point System as defined in Appendix A, RRS. No scores will be excluded, this changes RRS A2.
Trophies Trophies will be three (3) deep if at least three boats are registered for one of the five classes defined previously.

  • Great camping facilities and 5 RV spots at DSC, with 30 amp electrical and water hook-ups (no sewer connections.) Level tent sites in the trees, about 50 to 60 yards from the air-conditioned clubhouse where you'll find showers and dressing areas. Call ahead to reserve your RV spot!

General DSC's spacious facility has ample land area and a concrete paved launching ramp making it easy for everybody to dry sail their boats.

VHF Radios are NOT required but feel free to bring and use yours on the course.
