NOTICE OF RACE
M-16/M-17/C-Scow MIDWINTER REGATTA
March 7, 8, 9, 2008
  
Venue   Lake Eustis Sailing Club is located about 40 miles north of Orlando in Eustis at 1310 CR 452, Eustis, Florida 32726
  
Rules   The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing.
  
Eligibility   The regatta is open to all sailors of M-16, M-17, or C-scows. Eligible participants may enter by completing an entry form, registering with the organizing authority and paying the entry fee.

Registration   Boat registration is $85.00 if you register before February 14th and $95.00 if you register after that.

All lunches are $7.00 please order the number you need when pre registering. The cookout on Friday is free for all. Payment can be made at the regatta site (Cash or Check only).

Scoring   USSA Appendix A using the Low-point scoring system with one throw out after six races. This changes RRS A2. We will have as many races as the weather permits. A minimum of one race constitutes a regatta.
  
Trophies   Five deep. A minimum of one race must be completed to award keeper trophies.

A limited number of rooms have been set aside at the following hotels, please mention Lake Eustis Sailing Club. The cut off date for these rates is Feb 14, 2008.

City of Eustis zoning regulations limit LESC to eight spaces for RVs (under 32') and camping. Please declare intent to RV/camp in the comment section of your registration form - first come first served!
