34 boats from 11 lakes participated in this year's North Lake MC Fall Classic. PRO Rick Wheeler opted for back to back races Saturday morning because of a predicted change in weather systems. Wind was light out of the southwest. Wendy Brown of North Lake won the first race with Bruce Gallagher of Pine taking the second race. True to the prediction, the wind dropped in the afternoon and the third race had to be canceled. Rick Wheeler hoisted the beer flag and everyone headed back to the launch to enjoy some Linnies Red.
On Sunday morning, the winds picked up and shifted to the northeast. The sun was out and it was a beautiful day for racing. Dave Treis of Pine Lake won the first race and Tim Fredman from Pine won the second race.

In addition, Peter Toumanoff of Pewaukee took first place in the Masters division. Hardy will won the Grand Master prize. And, Wally Schwarting walked away with the Ancient Mariner trophy. Wendy Brown was the top woman skipper.
