Fleet 92 and the Saratoga Lake Sailing Club invite you to the
 MC Adirondack Regatta
September 21 - 22, 2019
Venue Saratoga Lake Sailing Club, 163 Manning Road, Ballston Spa , NY 12020-4129. We are 180 miles North of New York City and 30 miles North of Albany, NY. Saratoga Lake is in the Hudson River valley. It is a relatively flat area that enables (somewhat) predictable wind directions. The lake size is 1.5 miles wide by 4 miles long and the water quality is excellent.
Rules The races will be governed by the rules defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS). No advertising may be displayed pursuant to ISAF Regulation 20.6.4. The Sailing Instructions will take precedence in case of conflict. This changes RRS 63.7.

Eligibility
This event is open to skippers of MC scows who file a proper entry form and pay the entry fee before the skippers meeting. MCSA membership is strongly recommended (there is a $5.00 discount for current MCSA members who register online.)

Registration fee includes (2) continental breakfasts, (2) bag lunches, Sat.Dinner & beer. Guest and crew lunches and Saturday night dinner must be pre-ordered.
Extra Lunch  $10 each.
Extra Dinner $15 each.
Scoring USSA Appendix A using the Low-Point scoring system with no discards. This changes RRS A2. Six races are scheduled. A minimum of one race must be completed to constitute a regatta.

Recalls Following the display of the individual recall signal, the RC will attempt to announce by hailer the racing number of all boats identified on the course side of the starting line at the starting signal. Such announcement is a courtesy and failure by the RC to make the announcement, or of the boats to hear or understand it shall not constitute grounds for redress. We will not use VHF radios.
